This Privacy Policy covers the users visiting the website of Nissin Logistics Poland sp. z o.o. and defines the ways of using the data through the so-called cookies, as well as the rights and obligations of persons contacting the Company through the contact form located on our website.

This privacy policy complies with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

    2. rectify (correct) his/her data,
    3. remove, restrict or object to processing of the data,
    4. data transfer,

  6. Providing data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide this information, we will not be able to answer your question you have asked on our website.
  7. The data will be deleted after 2 years from the date of sending the message to us.
